It can be free standing or fastened to the wall. The wire-hung canopy rolls out manually. It is supported by wires. An advantage of the system is that it uses snap hooks: The canvas can be easily removed in the winter without having to take down the wires. When the cover is horizontal, this pergola provides excellent sun protection and we recommend using microperforated canvas.
